Hello Crafty Maven! Today we have TinaGale with Mix it up Monday.
For Mix it Up Monday I decided to pull out my new Journal. I only dabble with watercolors so this was really putting myself out there. I’m using the Created to Create stamp set that came in the Illustrated Faith kit along with their study guide. The first lesson is all about how when we’re young we think of ourselves as artists but along the way we start believing we’re not an artist and can’t be creative. It hit home with me and this is my page to remind me when I am hard on myself or comparing myself to someone else that yes I Am an artist. The stickers from the Simple Stories I Am collection was a great addition to my page. -Tina

I love Tina’s finished layout. Makes me want to go make something colorful.

Hello Crafty Friends! Megan is up today with a great project to include your little ones in. Enjoy her super cute and simple St Patrick’s Day cards.
From Megan: “I wanted to make something a little different for this mix it up Monday so I decided to hand cut my supplies as well as to use marshmallows. You can get creative and make these crafts yourself, or you could do these with your kids! They were both very simple and only took about 15 minutes to make! I decided to turn my art work into cards, but you could make yours into a cute holiday decoration.”
Here is Megan’s process video.

“Hello everyone! Today I have a Mix It Up Monday project involving creating some gift tags. The inspiration for the color of these tags came from the Crafty Maven mood board. I used some MFT dies to cut out the flower and Sizzix dies to cut the tags. You can use tags on your layout, Project Life, or gifts and anything you would like! These tags are going on gifts to family members and friends. So grab those pretty pattern papers, dies, and some ribbon to create your own one of kind beautiful tags and have fun!” – Felicia
Here is a look at the beautiful tags.

Hello crafty friends!! I hope you’re all not getting sick of me yet!! haha, I don’t normally post a video 3 times within a weeks span. It has been fun working hard and getting things accomplished though. Maybe I should ask for more work on the team, huh?
Anyway, today I am sharing some super simple and cute embellishments that played off of the circle theme that I saw in the inspiration piece.
You can find my video below and my personal YouTube channel here. I hope you enjoy the process of how I made these embellishments!
I really enjoyed making these little embellishments and I can’t wait to find the perfect layout for each one of them! I think my favorite thing about doing this is that there are no rules! Just pull out some patterned paper and ephemera and have fun putting them together!
