Happy Saturday Crafty Mavens! I hope you are all having a great Saturday. Today we have Shari with Scraplift Saturday!

Hey Scrappers!! I’m here today for the Crafty Maven DT with a layout for Scraplift Saturday. For this layout, I was so inspired by a few different ladies layouts that looked so similar. I realized their inspiration all originated from a super fun sketch by Creative Scrappers member, Kristine Davidson so I’ve included that. For this layout I was super excited to pull out the new Crate Paper, Cool Kid Collection and dig in!! I chose to highlight 2 pics capturing a story I wanted to tell about my Oldest and Youngest sons close relationship and in this case the pictures say it all! Don’t you just love it when you capture your kids loving on each other? I do! Sketch it out Thursday:(July 7) Shari

Hello Crafty Mavens! Today we have Shari with Sketch it out Thursday!

Hey Scrappers! It’s Shari here with a layout for Sketch it out Thursday! For the sketch, I took inspiration from the October Afternoon blog and used a sketch designed by Vivian Masket in conjunction with Dani Reid. In today’s layout, I wanted to tell the story about my youngest son Graham and his love of reading. In this photo, I captured a candid moment where he looks deep in storytime dreaming! I had so much fun using products from my Stash for this one. I used some October Afternoon, Milk Money collection as well as Crate Paper Wonder and other bits and pieces. I hope you like it!! Scraplift Saturday:(April 30) Julia and Shari

Hello Crafty Maven! Today we have Julia and Shari with Scraplift Saturday!

This Scraplift Saturday was inspired by Raquel Bowman of the Cocoa Vanilla team and utilized their new Totally Rad collection. Boy was it fun creating with these goodies!! I loved the triangular elements in her piece that pointed to her picture and that was my inspiration and jumping off point for my layout. My layout however, displayed two pictures and as you will see in the video took me down a really fun path that ended with a different looking version and final piece! Scrap lift Saturday (Feb 6): Shari’s Scrappy Shares

Hey Scrapbookers!! It’s the weekend!! YAY!! I love the weekend. It is my chance to relax a little and not be so focused on everyone else in my family. I usually get some time on the weekend to scrap and take time for myself. I find it so important when I spend so much time with my family throughout the week. Even though I love them so much, time to myself helps keep me centered.

Whatever your weekends look like, I hope you you get to enjoy your time.

SCRAPLIFT SATURDAY: SHARI LEONARD AND BANNING LANE

HAPPY HALLOWEEN *mwhahahahhaa* <— that’s my attempt at a scary laugh

We have two stunning Halloween themed scraplift projects for you today first up is Banning Lane:

“I decided to scrap lift a layout by Suse Fish from Faith Hope & Washi. She is amazing and I always love her style so that choice was a no brainer. Since it is Halloween I decided to use Halloween colors instead of the bright and cheery colors that Suse used. I’ll admit that my hand stitched title took much longer than I wanted, and at one point I thought about giving up. I am glad that I didn’t!”

I’m glad she didn’t too, otherwise we wouldn’t have been given the opportunity to not only enjoy the layout but get to see her process too. Thanks Banning 🙂
