Hello and welcome to today’s share! I have Scrapbena Creations up today with her last design team video. It’s so sad to see so many amazing design team members leaving us this month, but we’re glad they were a part of our group!
Jenn created a cute little pocket letter to share with us today. You can find the video below and her personal YouTube channel here.
Here are some close up photos for you to see.
Jenn said, “This is my last project as a Crafty Maven. Thank you all for a wonderful few months. It has been an amazing experience working with all of you! XO”
Thanks for stopping by today!! I hope you’re having a great week so far!
Hello and happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
I am excited to share this adorable card that Jenn made. It’s so stink’ cute!!
You can find her process video below and her personal YouTube channel here.
Jenn said about her layout, “This week’s inspiration led me to create a fun and colourful baby card for a friend of mine. I used spectrum noir markers to colour up the adorable bun in the oven image from Lawn Fawn. I made a shaker circle and added ribbon with the sentiment tag to create an adorable card. The best part was that I got to use up a DCWV blank card that I have had in my stash forever – it went perfectly with this week’s inspirational piece.”
Thanks for stopping by!! I hope you have a great week!
Hi, Crafty Mavens and welcome to another inspirational week!! I hope you can find some wonderful inspiration from the mood board Hannah created as well as from the videos our wonderful design team members make this week!
Today Jenn is up with a CUTE little mini album she made. I absolutely love the idea behind this album:
I totally want to make an album like this now! 🙂
You can watch her process video below and you can find her personal YouTube channel here.
Jenn said, “I absolutely love this weeks inspiration. It is so pretty and girly. I decided to try my hand at a 4×4 album to document my journey of the Magic of Tidying Up – KonMari Method. Many of you may have read the book and are experiencing the magic as well. The KonMari Method is a way of discarding and organizing everything in your home. The idea is you only keep things that spark joy. My life has been transformed by this book and so because I am a memory keeper, of course, I wanted to document my journey. I was inspired by the colours in the mood board this week, so I pulled out all my pink, black and silver crafty goodies and away I went. I have never worked with this size of album before, but I loved it. I found it easy to journal and there was just enough space to add some embellishments. I love how many pictures you can get on the 4×4 pocket pages. I hope you will join me and watch the process of me documenting the first part of my journey. I still have a lot more tidying to do, but I am loving having this little album to look back on and remember my journey to being surrounded by joy!”
Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you have a great crafty week!!
I hope you’re all having a wonderful week so far and are ready for some inspiration from Jenn aka Scrapbena Creations who describes for us how she turned the inspiration pieces for this week into a gorgeous PL spread:
“I loved the colour palette of this week’s inspiration piece. I drew on the white, black and grey, as well as included pops of pink and mint that were found in a couple of the inspiration photos. I picked cards that had circles and triangles as another way to tie in the inspiration. I couldn’t help myself, I just had to add a touch of gold, because you can never go wrong with gold! At least in my opinion! While I often find it challenging to incorporate inspiration pieces into project life spreads, I really love how this 6×8 layout turned out.”
Not sure about you but I’m right with her on the gold! 🙂
You can watch her process video here and isn’t that teeny black cat on the You & Me card just adorable? I so want one….. 🙂
I know I’m inspired right now to dive into my PL stash!
Enjoy the rest of your day and be sure to check back tomorrow for yet more Crafty Maven awesomeness 🙂
