In Your Pocket Tuesday – Week 32 (froggie251)

Hello.  Today I am back with a Project Life spread for In Your Pocket Tuesday.  This is a layout from week 32 of 2017 and I used a lot of cards from Simple Stories and a handful of embellishments from my stash.

This little “Laughter” embellishment is probably one of the oldest embellishments in my stash.  It is from about 2001.  I am keeping my journaling consistent for 2017 (for the most part) and continued on with journaling strips with a typewriter font.

I did a bit more layering on this card and used some embellishment from Crate Paper and a pink tag I picked up at the Target dollar spot.IMG_1503

For this photo I pulled some Mini Market stickers from October Afternoon.IMG_1504

The “life” stamp is from an Ali Edwards stamp set and the paint chip is from Simple Stories.  All of the black sequins I picked up over the weekend from Hobby Lobby.  IMG_1506

This little bow is from Hobby Lobby and there are more journaling strips.  IMG_1507IMG_1509 (1)

This is another old charm from my stash.  I think it was from Making Memories and I like how it adds a bit of interest and dimension to the card.  It also works well with the silver staples that I used to affix the speech bubble.IMG_1510IMG_1511

In Your Pocket Tuesday: Week 26 of 2017 (froggie251) Oct 24

Hello Crafty Mavens! Today we have Froggie251 with in your pocket Tuesday!

Today I wanted to share a layout that I made using the grungy/vintage feel of the inspiration piece. I thought that feel would go well with the photos of the circus and some of the vintage items they had on display as well as the colors in this weeks photos. I didn’t have a lot of pictures this week so I decided to go with a 12×12 and 6×12 layout. That left me with 3 spaces for journaling cards/filler cards. I kept my week card somewhat simple with a tag, some flowers, and a few die-cuts from my stash. The rest of the emblishments were things I have had in my scrap room for quite some time so it was good to get them on a page.-Froggie251-
