Hello Crafty Mavens! Sorry I missed my post on Monday, it has been one of those crazy weeks!!

Today I have 2 wonderful layouts to share with you! Here’s the sketch these Melissa and Dannielle decided to use:

About her layout, Melissa said, “I was totally inspired by the colours in the mood board. I shopped my stash and found an old Paper Bakery kit that I had barely used. It had perfect colours of orange and blue. I interpreted the burlap flowers as a natural element and used the wood veneers. Instead of 4 photos I used a glassine bag and put my extra journaling inside on a card. The photos are of my youngest looking cute after her bath in her big brother’s hooded Cars towel.”

Dani says, “I really enjoyed this weeks mood board. The colors and images were just perfect for this time of year! It was also nice to use my gelatos & some of my Fall stash again.”

Aloha Scrappers! Happy Saturday! I hope you are enjoying your weekend!! This weekend I am spending extra time with my family which hopefully means more times to capture those precise moments we share together.

Today on The Crafty Maven Getaway Channel both Katty and Dani are Scraplifting a layout from Missy Whidden. She is very talented and you can find her over designing for The Cut Shoppe, Hip Kits and more. Missy also does Youtube Process videos which you can find here. Here is a look at the layout the ladies are using today.

Aloha Scrappers!! I hope you are all doing well today! I am hoping that this afternoon to get in my craft room for some much deserved craft time.

Thanks for joining us at The Crafty Maven Getaway today!! Today the ladies decided to use a sketch by Angie Gutshall, here is the blog she had the sketch posted. Here is what the sketch looks like too.

I love Tanya Hubbard’s layout!! The way she used paper layers and stitching as her circle element turned out fantastic!! I love that she injected so much color into her layout!! That quote is so amazing!! Her is a look at her Layout!

Dani Brown’s layout also turned out just as amazing!! I love how she really did an awesome job reflecting on the week’s inspiration pice and the sketch. It can often be difficult to mesh together! Art Party Friday: Dannielle Brown

Hello and happy Art Party Friday!! I hope you’re having a great day so far! I’m excited to share this really pretty and fun layout with you that Dani made. She did a fun technique with gesso, Tim Holtz ink, Heidi Swapp mist and a baby wipe. I love how the background turned out!! I totally want to try it.
