Hello Crafty Mavens! Today we have Shari with Sketch it out Thursday!

Hey Scrappers! It’s Shari here with a layout for Sketch it out Thursday! For the sketch, I took inspiration from the October Afternoon blog and used a sketch designed by Vivian Masket in conjunction with Dani Reid. In today’s layout, I wanted to tell the story about my youngest son Graham and his love of reading. In this photo, I captured a candid moment where he looks deep in storytime dreaming! I had so much fun using products from my Stash for this one. I used some October Afternoon, Milk Money collection as well as Crate Paper Wonder and other bits and pieces. I hope you like it!! Hello scrappy friends! This is Kriatie here with a pocket page spread for you today.

I used the patriotic red, whites and blues of the inspiration piece for this layout. I paired it with some yellow for an extra pop of color. I had fun using up some older embellishments in my stash like chipboard stars, acetate and cork.

I just LOVE the foxes!! They’re so adorable!

Allison said, “For this Plan it Sunday I used this Kit from White Deer Stationery Co. I chose this sticker kit because I found it the closest to the colours in the inspiration piece (of the kits that I had.) As a Canadian I definitely found the inspiration piece challenging to work with but I love that it inspired me to use this kit! I think this week turned out super cute!”

This layout is scraplifter from Missy Whidden’s layout. i have used Shine and Bloom collections as well as some Shimmerz sprays to create elements and background for this page based on the inspiration piece. I have created own cloud embellishments using stencils and texture paste then letting it dry overnight and peeling off from non stick surface. -Julia-
